Rainbow Visions Prismatic Beings with Edgar Fabián Frías at ESMoA.

With the challenges of a virtual world and of loss of queer spaces due to COVID-19, it is a testament to the creative ingenuity and of Pride month to create spaces virtually to celebrate and commune together. Casting gender-expansive spells, such as for protection or intention setting, in tarot reading, allows for healing but also for reframing traditional ways of thinking and opening new avenues of being.

Recorded live on Zoom on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, "Rainbow Visions Prismatic Beings" invites participants to tap into their magic and participate in a collaborative spell casting workshop with artist @EdgarFabiánFrías. Frías provides an overview of their practice and performs a collective gender-expansive Tarot Spell where all are invited to manifest their optimal gender euphoric futures. Curated by Holly M. Crawford.

Waxing Crescent Moon Creative Spellcasting Ceremony Video - Cocreating Art Spells with Divination

This ceremony took place on April 26, 2020 from 5:30pm - 7pm (PST) over Zoom during the powerful Waxing Crescent Moon, which is the perfect time to embody and bring into existence your desires, dreams, and intentions. It is also the perfect time to magnetize energies toward you through your sacred actions. For this spell, we worked with our inner fires or our inner will and creative drives. We invoked a protective circle for the group and each of us had a moment of personal divination work that we then translated into our creative medium(s) of choice. Please take some time to witness and honor the sacred art spells and intentions created by our loving community. Our witnessing honors and amplifies these intentions as they exist through and beyond time and space.
