Creative Projects

An 8 week long Psycho-educational and Experiential group that introduces the realms of interpersonal neurobiology, spirituality, integrative and systems theories into the experience of personal and collective process(es), while also helping group participants deepen their experiential awareness and mindfulness skills. The group's curriculum weaves talks, discussion, readings, videos, and intrapersonal + interpersonal exercises into a shared group experience. The first group was co-facilitated Edgar Frias, MA and Selin Strait, MA in 2013 at the META (Mindful Experiential Therapy Approaches) Counseling Clinic in Portland, Oregon. The first cohort of 10 people from both Washington and Oregon included artists, dancers, therapists, psychologists, professors, and a self-identified witch.
